HIGHER EDUCATION
I continue my commitment to higher education, both in leadership development and executive coaching as a former executive coach to leaders in the Kellogg School of Management eMBA program (Northwestern University), Booth School of Business (University of Chicago) and Texas Christian University eMBA program.
My higher education experience includes:

faculty member at Bradley University (Peoria, IL) where I also served as a faculty member for the Center for Creative Leadership (Greensboro, NC, 1976-1985)

adjunct faculty in the School of Business Administration at the University of Louisville (Kentucky, 1992-1993 and 2019 - present)

assistant to the Provost at Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY (1985-1989)

faculty and mentor at Seton Hall University in the university’s distance learning master’s program in strategic communication and leadership (2003-2013). I received the 2004 Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Distinguished Teacher of the Year award.

currently teaching at Rutgers University (New Brunswick, NJ) in the distance learning Master’s in Communication & Media program in the School of Communications & Information (2016-present)
